Hello, I just caught this in the Bug Catching Contest... I was instantaniously offered 3m for it but now I wanted to ask you for your opinion on how much this would be valued at.

Also: Shoud I train it before trading, and should I give it 252 Sp. Attack Evs even tho it is Jolly?
