My Clefable can't learn Softboiled by any chance at this point, could a staff members help me a do it please?I dont know if the move costs some money but if he do please feel free to remove from my acount

Hey there, @Samurai

 

Clefable should be able to learn Soft-Boiled from the tutor in Celadon City. It will cost 15k. I suppose you're using the TM right now for it but unfortunately it won't work for Clefable. You can see how a Pokémon can learn a specific move using a Website such as Pokémon Database (Keep in mind we use Gen 7 learnset in PRO) and using the Reborn Bot to see where a TM/Tutor is located by using the command ^info movename.
