As you can see with the attached files, I have an old account with a lot of play time.

I finished Kanto, Jotho and Hoenn.

When i decided to relog on this account, i couldn't take my pokémon from an other region because i don't have any badges.

 

Is it possible to fix the problem please ?

I am sorry for the caused inconvenience.

 

I would like to inform you that upon merging you've picked the wrong server as your main one.

You picked your progress on the blue server instead of red (0h on blue, 140h on red).

 

Normally we can still unmerge accounts if that happens and fix the problem, but because you changed your server in the meantime aswell and traded on the server we can't unmerge your account anymore. When an user trades on the server we are not capable of unmerging their account anymore in our tools.

 

In conclusion this means that you have to re-do the story in the server you've picked.
