Works pretty much exactly the same as a macho brace but does not stack with it.

with item buff: 2 ev

with item buff and macho brace 3 ev

I don't think is really necessary with macho brace in safari ev zone you can fully ev train a poke in around 30mins its not that much time tho good idea as concept but i dont think it something pro needs

I agree with Geomine here, I don't see the necessity of such an item considering macho brace already does the job and it's quite easy to obtain.

 

Even more, if it doesn't stack, nobody would really get it since they are sold for maybe 20-30k which is a really low amount of pokedollars.
