I asked for help and discord, and they said I should open a ticket here, for a resolution.

My problem is that I played the Account back in 2016-2017 I guess. So when there was only Red and Blue side. So I logged in to my Account to merge, but there was no button for it. So I just swapped to Gold, because my friend plays there. When i logged in I just had 6 random PKMNs and no starter, also not my mount and clothes. On the Dashboard is no Merge button or something likes this. Now I cant play the game, cause I die at any point with my low level pokemon, and still got all Johto and Kanto batches. I don't want to play from the beginning again.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately we can not recover your data about your pokemons and money, your badges are on Gold server, you can continue from there or we can give you the option to RESET all your story, but you will lose your badges and you will have to start again.

What about my Mounts and outfits? Imo it's very unfair, for the time I played. I can't continue, where I'm at atm, because my pokemons are to low level.

I mean, could you give me some Money/Pokemons and my Mounts and Outfits back, to continue the game ? It would be a very nice goodwell, and help me to play the game further

I had the Shiny Arcani, and the usual one, also Houndoom and shiny absol.

Cosmetics were the shiny Magikarp Hat, This special halloween costume.

Surfmounts: Shiny Lapras and Milotic

Yeah that's it, and round about 500k gold.

The gold is not the problem, but i don't own any high level Pokemon, to continue my route into the next area. I would appreciate if I get some high level pkms.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

As i could see through our tools you didnt had a shiny arcanine mount before, you had a normal arcanine mount and you traded it to Lion4Nick.

About the money, through the merge you didnt lose any money for it, as i could see too you spent the most part of the money so the money you got on your account is the money left you got from the server that you didnt spent.
