On smogon it shows that xatu learns baton pass in gen7 but its not an egg move, pre evo or at the relearner can someone help me with how to get it?

I was able to stalk the various forums and sites in search of this. And found this:

The Answer basically says,

 

"Baton Pass Xatu is only available in Gen III, and learns it from its previous evolution Natu:

 

Natu special moves

 

Natu learns it in a side game, Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness. So in order to get a Baton Pass Natu in Gen V, you need to purify Natu, transfer it from Pokemon XD to Emerald/ LeafGreen/ FireRed, then migrate it via Pal Park into Gen IV, then trade it to Gen V."

 

So unless it's specifically added to Natu's learnset, I don't believe you can obtain Baton Pass on Natu/Xatu in PRO
