Welp, quite suspicious. I again checked using Reborn and the player barely has 30 mins of playtime. Can you please check if he has any alts with which they can pay? Or is this is a fake offer? Thank you.

I have check into the matter and it seems both of the offeres are fake made by the same person. I will make sure this will be heavily punished. You are free to keep the Pokemon or create a new auction.
