I am sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the Item Recycler is temporarily disabled due to an issue that has been found within the code of the NPC. Our content scripters and developers are working on it to fix it as soon as possible, but there is not an actual estimated amount of time for the bug-fix to be completed.
