Olá. Depois de cumprir os requisitos, você deve conversar com o Scientist Ray na Bell Tower para obter o sino necessário (Water Bell para Suicune, Lava Bell para Entei e Zap Bell para Raikou). Em seguida, você tem que lutar contra os respectivos guardiões. Na primeira vez que você derrota o guardião, existe uma chance de 16,67% de o seu cão gerar. Na terceira vez consecutiva em que você o desafiar, a chance será de 100%.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. As Euripides mentioned, you will first have to meet the requirements. Make sure you have met the 200h requirement as well. You'll have to go to the Bell Tower and make the 3 dogs flee. This will prompt you to talk to Scientist Rey once again. After doing so, you'll have to battle the dogs at their respective locations:

Entei: Johto Safari Mountain Zone (You'll need Rock Smash to get to him)

Suicune: Tohjo Falls (You'll need Waterfall to get to him)

Raikou: Mt. Silver 3F

 

Then, you'll be able to go back to Scientist Rey to get a bell for the respective dog that you'd like. You'll need to beat the respective guardian in order to get a 16.67% chance to get the dog to spawn. On your third consecutive win, you are able to spawn the dog with a 100% chance.
