I Captured 89 magbys and the maximum iv I got was 148.

I am sorry for the caused inconvenience, but we aren't planning on lowering the amount of IV's needed for a third legendary bird.

Setting the necessary IV's to 150 was done for the reason of grinding to get access to a third legendary bird.

 

Your RNG isn't the best at the moment and you are being unlucky while hunting, but I am sure you'll get it.
