Hey just so you know I re-downloaded and I've still sort of been having the problem, I can get in it just takes a while. I mash the login and it keeps saying connection failed and I have to do this for sometimes as much as like 3 minutes before it goes through.

 

Oh and if I log out I have to shut down the client and start all over.

Hi. I have the same problem. Dont enter my acc in silver. In gold enter but a new acc. I downloaded the last client in my pc and tablet android. In both the same. Can help me ?

This is perhaps due to the server crashes, and you were simply trying to login during the crash. If the problem still persists, please make a new thread regarding the issue, as the original owner of this thread has already been helped.
