Anurag2006 Posted May 16, 2020 Share Posted May 16, 2020 I was fighting jackson in mt. Silver, but suddenly the server crashed and now now he won't fight me again. If i remember correctly it takes 7 days for NPCs to cool down. But its too much time and its not my fault that the server crashed. So please do something about him. Thanks. Ichibann Posted May 16, 2020 Share Posted May 16, 2020 Hello, sadly in most cases refunds like those aren't issued for server crashes, it would be considered unfair to those who weren't refunded in the past for the same situations. The good news is that Jackson is fixed to a 2 hours cooldown in Mount Silver rather than 7 days like normal npc's, so you should be able to re-fight him very soon. Hope all your issues were answered.
