I level up my nincada, with having an empty slot in my party and a lots of pokeballs in my bag, but for some reason it is evolving into ninjask, not shedinja. Please help.

Hello @Anurag2006,

 

If you have empty slot in your Party and Pokeball it will evolve into both Pokes but it does only ask to Evolve into Ninjask :-)
