PRO Client Freezes on magicarp first loading screen, android

I had the game on the same phone like half a year ago, Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, game freezes on startup and the most I can do is rotate my screen which causes it to go to a black screen instead of magicarp loading screen

It wont load past this image shown at the beginning of the app, then goes to a black screen

Still having this problem, would love to be able to play on my phone
