Hi, how do I go about getting access to the silver server? currently my account only lets me into gold but I'd like to start a silver game without losing my gold account, is there a way to do so?

You can find how to merge and a FAQ in our Everything about Merge Thread. You can do it at your Dashboard and if you still can't access Silver Server after the merge you need to change your Password since sometimes it doesn't get synched correctly when merging :-) You can do that here.
