Stijnemans Posted June 2, 2020 Share Posted June 2, 2020 Hey guys! I've completed the Hoenn league but Symphonia wont spawn in Saffron city. I've been looking around on the internet but couldn't find anything. I also tried to do as much as possible in all the accessable regions, but after spending some time in them she still won't spawn! You now start of the quest by speaking to an NPC named Paul in Lilycove City. After that everything is straightforward. This change was implemented yesterday/2 days ago depending on where you live.
