If I remember that correctly you need to calm down that Rhyhorn and then you can continue the Quest. edit: I just saw that it seems to be fixed. Is the Problem solved? I have to be directly in front of it. Just probably a bug. Got away with it by logging out a few times. But its frustrating as hell though.
