Conta rezetada

Ruperei minha conta depois de alguns anos, ela foi rezetada, estou no meio do mapa e sem pokemons e sem insígnias ... não consigo sair do lugar porque estou sem pokemons

I am sorry for the inconvenience. Thats due to an Account wipe that happened a while ago and affected all players below 10 hours. :-/ Sadly we can't reverse it but I can offer you a Account reset. You will have to start over again. You will keep your Playtime and we will give back any Coins you had. Please let me know if thats ok with you.

Meu tempo jogado, minha montaria, meu visual de eventos e meus pokemons raros não vão voltar? Eu não tinha tanta moeda na minha conta antiga, isso realmente é desanimador voltar a jogar... pode favor poderia restituir pelo menos os itens que eu tinha, os pokemons eu consigo com o tempo.... 

Poderia mover meu personagem para o começo, estou preso no rount 3

Seeing as M3ru3m is not a former staff member I will take over the thread to support you. The account you are mentioning (thales4542) was caught in a wipe for the red server due to it having less than 10 hours of playtime. There is unfortunately nothing that can be done to get this data back. If you had items such as cosmetics/mounts I could see them and it's not the case here. We can offer an account reset so that you may restart the story if you want. 

 

Is it possible that you had another account ? I sincerely doubt that this was your main account considering you had barely any hours of playtime.
