    Un-merged your account so that you may re-merge on the dashboard. Sorry for not mentioning it earlier, but the correct one to select for the merge in your case is the blue server. It's probable that you cannot connect to the Silver server (Silver was created from the blue and red server that were merged in one server) after merging, you will have to reset your password. Either on the dashboard on the forgot password option of the website

    I would like to inform you that still get the second reroll even if you declined the first change on a reroll during the double hours. Declining only declines the change of your individual values to the one shown in the preview. The message is pretty fast, so it's possible that you missed the second message, but here is a video evidence tested by myself. Those are your last iv's sets with the rerolls :  
     
    23, 10, 8, 12, 21, 24. - 2021-05-16 (Second roll of your second reroll) 
    21, 28, 23, 10, 26, 8. - 2021-05-16 (Second reroll being used)

    The pokemon that has rock smash in your party necessitates an happiness level of 151+ in order to use rock smash on those crystals. It's good to denote that having a pickaxe will let you use rock smash without needing any pokemon that has the move. Those are obtainable through the coin shop or by trading with other players. 
     
    You can see the current happiness of your pokemon by typing out the command ^happy 1 (The number refers to the slot of your party). Here's a few tips on how to obtain happiness quickly :

    Apologies for the delay and the inconvenience. According to your variables it looks like you still need to interact with the mayor and with the book in Breezy town. Could you perhaps try again ? Please let me know if that works when you tried.

    Depending on your timezone the reset might have happened sunday night. The other bosses that you mentioned have currently have a 4 days cooldown and are not part of that list. Could you perhaps check with the boss checker located in Celadon Office 2F  and show a screenshot of certain bosses cooldown in my list ? Preferably anything other than those.

    My apologies for the inconvenience and the delay. Unfortunately we cannot refund items that are lost in rollbacks/crash issues as stated in this post. Air balloon is a one time use item and if the server crashed after it was used there's unfortunately nothing we can do. 
     
    You can obtain another air balloon in one those locations : 
    Purchasable from any PvP Master for 1 PvP Coin apiece Purchasable from any PvE Master for 1 PvE Coin Potentially rewarded from Ash Westbrook and Officer Jenny Potential Game Corner reward Held by wild Drifloon Trade chat from other players

    My apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately Excadrill cannot learn rock slide from a tutor in Generation 7, but only by leveling up and TM as mentioned here on PokemonDB : 
     
    In your case you can go to a move relearner, those are stationed in either Cerulean or Saffron City. You will have to pay 2000 pokedollars to learn the move. (You will possibly need to interact with the NPC twice so that it may show the move) You can also go Goldenrod Mart to buy the TM for 5000 pokedollars. The choice is ultimately up to you, but using the move relearner is faster and cheaper.

    My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience as well as for the delay. 
     
    It looks like you've only tried to reset your password before transferring to silver. Could you try to reset it on the dashboard or using this link ? Keep in mind that you must use a password alphanumeric, meaning that it only must contains letters and numbers.

    Apologies for the delay. You should now be able to re-fight Kyurem, however servers are having some issues so I would recommend not fighting it until they are at least a bit more stable. I simply wanted to let you know that the issue should be fixed.

    My apologies for the inconvenience. I've checked your inventory and it looks like you have 2 exp boost in your bag. Could those be the ones you are looking for ? When buying an items that have a certain duration such as an exp boost or a membership medallion you'll need to activate them through your bag, simply by clicking the item.

    My apologies for the inconvenience. Most of evergreen island is only accessible during the seasonal Christmas event, which lasted from the 9th of December until January 10th for this year. On the other hand, Evergreen waterway is accessible because it's part of the Kyurem quest, which is a permanent addition to the game.

    The only item that is both owned by you and similar to a choice band is a focus band, none of your Heracross are holding any item. 
     
    I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but for this case we cannot issue a refund, due to the fact that even after multiple checks done by us the choice band cannot be found anywhere. Furthermore, you cannot prove that you ever had one and we are unable to replicate this issue. If you do find some supporting evidence to prove your claim, feel free to make a new post and include it so we can look into the issue once again. 
     
    Once again I'm sincerely sorry, I hope you understand why we cannot issue a refund. This thread will be locked as I cannot help further into the issue.

    You've selected the wrong server when merging and this is why you were stuck in this situation with no badges. I was able to un-merge your silver account so that you can merge properly this time, on the dashboard. Please be sure to select your blue character when merging since this is where you have your progress. You may also wish to read more regarding the merge in this thread.

    Greetings once again. I've personally confirmed before answering your question with a developer if it was indeed a guaranteed service offered. As long as you have the the normal requirements for the name change and the proof of the ownership everything should be fine. There indeed was a case before where a player had his name successfully changed with his alt.
