Is there a penalty in this case hope fully it will be notice and hopefully there is no such player

Sadly, not everyone in this world is a good person and some people call you noob for no reason or are just toxic overall. If you feel insulted, you can /ignore them (/ignore username) or report them in the forum report center :)
