So i just got finished battling blaine on cinnabar island(took a while but got done) but i know giovannis mewtwo is like level 70 but i feel like there is a training gap i am missing to grind my lvl 40/50/60's.basically what i am saying is where can i go to level up to at least near 60. Because i am at a impasse here

another tip for giovanni's mewtwo is getting a magnemite with the sturdy ability and use thunder wave to paralyze the mewtwo
