thats odd i was able to fight summer guardian after the quest with 6x lvl 100 and 190 hours. try restarting client maybe? it fixed something else for me

this is what happens after finishing team aqua/magma quest "failed to interact with npc" in chat and i get stuck edit: works after client restart

like zehhtra said, you wont be able to buy a pokemon caught in hoenn unless you have been to the region yourself.
