thats odd i was able to fight summer guardian after the quest with 6x lvl 100 and 190 hours. try restarting client maybe? it fixed something else for me

this is what happens after finishing team aqua/magma quest "failed to interact with npc" in chat and i get stuck edit: works after client restart

like zehhtra said, you wont be able to buy a pokemon caught in hoenn unless you have been to the region yourself.

at what part are you bugged? you cant get the map or the lapras wont take you there? do you have enough evolve's? you need 71+. the lapras only takes you there from 12:00-13:00.

for castform you can battle a researcher in weather institute. i have no idea about kyogre and groundon

after a quick goolge it seems they only reduced to 100 in generation 4. this was changed back to reducing an amount of 10 in generation 5
