Explanation i was doing bcc today and after catching 2 Pokemon i decided to go to marking room to end the contest when all of a sudden i got stuck and i could not move i asked help chat for help and then a guy said to battle him and re-log i did the same but i didn't enter marking room of bcc i direct enter the last poke-center i was in....

I am sorry for the caused inconvenience.

 

Sad to hear that your game froze when you were heading to the marking room. I will contact our scripters to look into the issue so it doesn't happen again in the future.

 

Sadly we can't get you back in the marking room, so it's a lost opportunity for now.

You can enter again when the global cooldown for the BCC resets, it's everyday at 12am gmt+0.

 

Further I would like to inform you that re-logging in a friendly or wild battle always teleports you to the Pokemon center, so this was not a way to fix this issue. Hope this has asnwered it for you.

 

Also, next time you wish to report something like this please make a post on the General support subforum. Report center is strictly for reporting players.
