Hello my name is FrazyArt and I love your game but there's something that is ruining my experience in this region. I'm stuck in Sinnoh due to a technical issue/glitch in the game where I've been stuck since literally last year on July 27th but no one ever got back to me. I provided a screenshot and I even have a screen recording too

After you obtain the 7th badge and help out in Lake Acuity next to Snowpoint, you have to first talk to the Grunt in front of the Galactic Headquarters, from who you'll obtain the password to enter this area.
