I played this game and went into Seafoam islands prior to the update. After I transferred my account I think I lost my TM 13 ice beam. Can you please check to see if I lost this? My sister has it but I do not, and we accomplished this task at the same time.

Weird that he lost a TM 13 in a Server Transfer. If none of your pokemon have learned the move or if a Staff member checks it and they cannot find the TM anywhere in your pokemon or bag, I'm also willing to mail you one :)

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but we have never experience any bugs for TMs being disappeared while server exchange.

So, if you don't have any screenshots that could prove your situation, we won't be able to help you on this case.

I have read in a previous post that you did check someone’s account, and they did indeed have TM13. I know for a fact I did too. Did you Check in my account and see if I ever had TM13 because my sister does and we did the quest at the same time. I beat articuno!

Unfortunately, the problems comes after that as we cannot check whether you used the TM or not. (You might have forgotten after using the TM long ago)

Therefore, we'll not be able to help you on the case.
