Last night, I was playing and blocked the game. Now when I opened again I see my bag so lost some masterballs and rare candies.

Did you do the Heatran quest? It will take back Master Balls and Rare Candies until you speak to the NPC called Buck. Otherwise, it might be a bug and you might need Staff assistance :)

I would like to know whether you've started the Heatran Quest by any chance. As Bhimoso already said, this could be the reason as to why you can not find your Master Balls and Rare Candies in your bag. Please let me know if this is the case, otherwise I will assist you with getting your items back. Here you can see a guide that might help you beat the Heatran Quest as fast as possible.
