My riolu won't Evo I tried lvling by fighting wild poke but it won't I tried using rc but it still won't I tried it during 10 poketime(94-95) and then I tried on 11poketime (95-96)and then I tried 96-99 during 13poke time I'm really looking forwaed for help

Sorry for the inconvenience. Usually it helps to let it faint 1 time, then close client for about 30 secs, restart client, log in, heal up and lvl it up again :-) Please let me know if that solved your Problem.
