Disproportionately Long Time to Download Patch

Featured Replies

Hello. I would be really glad if an admin helped me out here.

I am having problems in downloading the latest patch as of 21st August 2020. I had encountered this patch issue once before as well but as many admins have answered before in previous threads, I deleted all the files in a folder and downloaded the files again. The game ran smoothly. Now, however, even though I have done the same procedure as before since I have encountered the same problem (can't download patch), the downloading of the patch is stuck. Note that this is after I deleted and downloaded the files again. This has happened twice in a week now. This is quite tedious and I think is a common problem for many. Please lend a helping hand by responding. Thank you! 2090209495_PROScreenshot.thumb.png.d14fa77e99e62b320bbed78e1269fddc.png

i encounter exactly the same problem, however i am a new player (about a week or so) and its my first time i meet this problem! i dont know what to do because, while i click the game to open and the patch automatically initiates its downloading proccess, the blue loading bar stucks at about1/4 of its total length! the only messege i am able to receive is the following( but again, having no idia what to do with this...)

Application folder:

C:/Users/ΘΑΝΟΣ/AppData/Local/Temp/Rar$EXa0.099/PROClient

There should be 'PROClient_Data'

folder next to the executable

Guys. This is how I solved my problem. Do not update the client from the patch as it would get stuck. Delete all your PRO files. Then download the game from pokemonrevolutiononline.net website directly. Download through MEGA or MediaFire but not DDL. The game would run smoothly hopefully after that.
