As per the Trade Rules you cannot go back on a deal once it has been made, therefore you must complete the training service before you return the Pokemon, or you can explain to the player directly and ask them if they would be happy to take the Pokemon back.

 

Be aware, if they say no and they still want you to train the Pokemon, you must do it, and they will be within their rights to report you if you do not complete it.

 

I recommend that you finish the service that you have already agreed to, and just know that this isn't something you enjoy and don't offer it again in future.
