a few moments ago I bought a master ball with pve coins to do the heatrn quest but the master did not appear and they took away the pve, what do I do? '🙄

The NPC in the heatran quest takes your rare candies and masterballs once you start the quest. You will get them back when you finished the quest.

What poke do you recommend to finish the quest?

 

Most people use Gyarados and that is what I would recommend for the quest too.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

As Norex stated, if you start the Heatran Quest or the Pinkan Island Quest, your Rare Candies and all of your Pokeballs will be temporarily taken. You can however take them back by speaking to the Pinkan Ranger and speaking to Buck after defeating Heatran the first time.
