Double legendary

Hello! 

 

Yesterday I caught Tornadus right an instant before servers crashed. When I logged back in, he was still there so I caught it again.

Today I found out I have two Tornadus' in my storage. 

 

Obviously I found that the most correct thing to do would be to release one of the two legendaries, instead of keeping them both, and to report the issue. However, I am also reporting this bug because it cost me to use two Master Balls instead of one, so I would be really grateful if I could have one back. The evidence of the double legendary and the fact that I used a master ball for both is provided below.

 

This all happened on my alt account Kidrake, where you can also see that now there is only one Tornadus. I hope that you could get me one of the wasted balls back

Thank you for the bug report. Double legendaries are caused by server crashes in combination with how legendary Pokemon are saved. Unfortunately, I had to delete the second Tornadus, the one you caught after the server crash, to avoid issues with your account with other legendaries and confusion that might come up when we look into your account at a later time. In return, I restored the Tornadus you caught before the server crash and requested a Master Ball to be added in your inventory. Is this a joke?

I could have simply not told you anything but I decided to be a honest person and open the issue to you, and this is how I get rewarded?

By removing the Tornadus I intended to keep? Even though I was being honest, you basically punished me by leaving me with the bad one. Fine.

 

Don't be surprised if players are not honest with you and try to get behind your back, because if this is what happens to people who try to be honest, I don't blame them.

You didnt get punished. You got another chance for a Tornadus because of a "bug". If you are really that honest, you should not have a problem by getting that one deleted.

Also Noxious even said its to avoid issues with your account, so I dont see why you would talk like that.
