As for your issue, does walking into the entrance give any sort of dialogue, or are you just getting stuck at that spot at Union Mountain Cave 3F?

nope, there's no dialogue and i'm not stuck it's just that when i touch the door i'm not transporting to the next area.

The issue has been fixed and you should now be able to pass through the cave and not get stuck there.
