To get the Halloween Rapidash mount, you will need to once again challenge Horon, the Zoroark, after having successfully caught Darkrai. You will get the mount this way. Horon has a 3-day cooldown, so you will have to wait for at least 3 days to have a chance at getting the mount. Additionally, if you want to replay the Dark Realm just for fun, you can defeat Horon again and it will reset the Dark Realm. I hope that helped clear any doubts you had.
