This auction didn't respect our auction rules, ArieSlinger you are not allow to sell the pokemon before the end of your auction. Eltrion and you have to post the offer on forum when you have them.
To conclude, Eltrion is not the rightful winner, last valid offer is from Malltesers.

According to trade rules N° 14

  • 14. If a Pokemon was sold unfairly to any user other than the original winner it will be forcefully moved to the rightful owner of the auction, whatsoever.

Trade is reverse and Malltesers won this Ribombee for 4.2M.

And for clarify anything else, you write on your 1st post " Time: 48 hours". It is not write that this timer start when someone post then 1st offer, then the auction start when you open this thread.
