I know it's even an old question. I've searched a bit throughout the forum and this question pops up since 2016ish.

So, clearly there's interest in it from players siide, but... what staff thinks about it? Are there any plans to implement it in the near future?

 

Since there is nothing on the devs to-do-list about this, I would not think its planned at the moment.

Is there any new Q&A stream scheduled or does it occur at any frequency? 

As far as I know they arent scheduled. There is one every few months and it will be announced on PRO's official discord.
