The mountain guardians in the 1st and 3rd floor of the unison mountain will kick you from the mountain if you pass by their line of sight. You will be able to skip them and continue ahead if you proceed past them when they are looking the other way, just like you would do if you wanted to skip a trainer battle. You can rest assured that these NPC's will be removed once you complete the part of Gorge Mayor part in the halloween quest. Let me know if you have any further questions Have a great day! Furthermore, you can see the reason why you are banned on the dashboard. If you do not get an answer after 24 hours, you can bump your post by writing a new message in your appeal post. Doing this will put your thread back to the top. Remember that you can only do this every 24 hours without an answer.
