Hey there!

 

As Norex already mentioned, you have to use a Mysterious Candy during the day for Happiny to evolve. Keep in mind that Happiny still has to hold the Oval Stone. You can purchase these candies in all four department stores, PvE Coin shops and PvP Coin shops for 5.000 Pokedollars, 2 PvE Coins or 1 PvP Coin, respectively. Please let me know if this worked for you. Looking forward to your reply.
