Hey there!

 

As Norex already mentioned, you can do up to 20 bosses per week. This cooldown resets every Monday, GMT+0 at midnight, meaning you have 7 days to do 20 bosses. However, most boss cooldowns are 12 days, meaning you will not be able to do the same bosses every week. 

 

You can increase your 20 bosses per weak limit by talking to H. Ackerman in Vermilion City in exchange of a Mysterious Ticket.
