Hello,
I recently resumed the game and I realized that one of my partgames had disappeared,
part on which I had donated to obtain a membership and avatars at the time (probably due to the red/blue/gold/silver change). 
I still recovered the donation money but the missing part on one of the server is inaccessible. 
I merged as advisor to the accounts on the gold server then I used the donation money. 
By wanting to change server from gold to silver, 
I lost all of my progress as well as my items (The icon for my Muk mount in my shortcuts is still there but cannot be used since I lost everything). 
The server change was not made from gold to silver either. 
And all along the game, I did not have access to the silver server, only the gold one. 
Would like to know if I can get my items back and if I did something wrong with the server transfer?

If you cant access silver server and already merged on the dashboard, reset your password and try to login to silver again.
