I got Dig in the Cerulean City House 6 but I missclicked on it and now I lost it.

I have to go to Celadon Department Store to buy it but I can’t go because I have only 3 badges. How can I get it ?

There are multiple ways to get Dig as a move or TM.

 

If i remember correctly one spot of the TM is in the National Park in Johto.

Some pokemon like Gible learn Dig as a Move as well.

Furthermore you can always ask in Trade chat for a Dig TM!

You need to have a Pokemon with the move dig in your party. The Pokemon who knows the move dig , needs to be 150+ happiness. To check happiness just write /happy(PokeSlotNo.) in any chat. 

 

There are two requirements to use dig =

• Need to have thunder badge 

• The poke who knows dig must have at - least 150+ happiness. 

 

Here is a page of the move dig. You can check which mon can learn it by level up and where you can buy the TM.
