After I went to the mayors house, the 3 mayors told me they wanted to give me a reward (vampire cloths / houndoom mount). So, I tried to open the coinshop to see which one will be better to get price wise but my game hanged and I got logged out of the game (silver server). When I logged back in the 3 of them were not there anymore and all 3 of them had new quests to give... What can I do to get my reward now? I wanted the mount.

You should now be able to go back to Georges' House and claim your reward after talking to him.
