You can purchase these candies in all four department stores, PvE Coin shops and PvP Coin shops for 5.000 Pokedollars, 2 PvE Coins or 1 PvP Coin, respectively. Hi, @Bep91 Due to the addition of Mysterious Candy, we don't offer de-level services to players now. As mentioned above, you can purchase Mysterious Candy from Department Store in every region (5k pokedollars), PvE coin shop (2 PvE coins) and PvP coin shop (1 PvP coin). By using the Mysterious Candy you are able to evolve pokemons that failed to evolve after reaching max level. Have a nice day. Kind regards, HappyMango.
