Unfortunately at this moment there is no complete guide available for the entire second wave of mega pokemon. This is due to the fact that players are still discovering the new quests since they released a few hours ago. However, there is a player decided to make a mega thread that will serve as a guide for the second wave and will be updated daily, available here. As a general piece of advice I would recommend joining the official discord server since players tends to share some of their knowledge of the quests there. Some youtubers also create videos for these quests and advertise them there.
