Hey there!

 

As Norex already mentioned, Bosses in hard mode have increased stats due to having 400 EVs in all of their stats (which basically means +100 in all of their stats, including HP, but a boosting nature gets extra stats due to giving a 10% bonus). Thus, your Swellow gets outsped by Infernape, despite carrying a Life Orb. I hope I was able to help you with your concern. Have a nice day.
