I downloaded the game today and I gotta say I’m having a blast playing it but my character still looks like the standard bald character as if you don’t customize your character in the beginning. Every time I log out our delete and re-install I get Professor oak and the ability to customize my character but nothing ever changes. Any help with this would be much appreciated!

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
You should be able to solve this bug by redownloading the latest client here.
I'll be waiting for a reply if that worked for you.
