Hey. started playing the other day. Yesterday i bought the "Vampire" clothes together with a skull and a mount. 

send my friend a picture where you can barely make up, that im wearing the vampire cape.

Had a bug where everytime i logged on, i had to redo the "create char"..

 

today it worked tho. and i havent been forced to create my char, everytime i login and out..  but it seems like im stucked with the red standard dress now. and my vampire set i bought from the shop is lost.

Im on gold

Dont know if there is any info missing or something you would like me to clarify ?

 

The "create new char" i was mentioning that i was struggeling with, everytime i logged on was this screen.. (see attached pic)

I dont encounter that problem anymore.. But i now only have the red dress from the "clothing option" in that character creation screen..

and not the vampire set i bought and payed for.

This was due to an already fixed bug. The item is in your inventory now.
