Hi Parker,

 

Thank you for the report. This was a Waterfall that we missed during the Waterfall reworks, and thus still had the odd behaviors from before. We've now reworked the waterfall, and it should now let you consistantly climb it on the condition of course that you've fulfilled all the requirements to climb it.

 

Let us know if you were able to climb it correctly~
