First slot pokemon keep disappearing

I've had numerous pokemon disappear from the first slot in my party. I am on Gold server, username Tallm0rty. I am currently missing a levle 31 Gyarados, dont have an ID unfortunately. I have no idea what is causing this to happen. Please help, thank you in advance
