Pls help me I buy 2 masterball for 95k x2 but I don't remember the exact date when did I buy it but when I try to catch manaphy I check bag and did not see my master ball x2 I am the only one who knows may password 

Hello @IamkelLy, apologies for the inconvenience.

 

Have you perhaps attempted the Pinkan Island quest or the Heatran quest? The Pinkan Island quest will take all your Pokéballs and the Heatran quest will take your Master Balls until you finish the quests. After finishing the quests, you can reclaim them from the same NPC that took them. The Pokémon Ranger for the Pinkan Island quest and Buck for the Heatran quest.
